Estimate Valid for your acceptance 15 days from the date hereof and is considered private and confidential correspondence not to be shared with a third party. A 50% deposit is required before the start date upon signed acceptance of the estimate and contract unless otherwise specified, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

PLANNING, PRE-INSTALLATION PROCESS, (what to expect when expecting…a fence) COMPLETION AND POST COMPLETION PROCESS, AND WARRANTY OVERVIEW

Let us handle everything! Once you sign on with us, we’ll take it from there! After you give us approval on your estimate and/or choose which estimate/option you want to move forward with, the next steps are as follows…

1) We will send you a contract with your approved estimate attached for your review and e-signature.

2) You will get a separate email with your invoice for the deposit and an estimated final payment due date. The date will change on the second payment to the completion date once your fence is installed and will be due then. You can click on the green button that says make secure payment and pay with a debit or credit card at no additional cost to you or you can also pay by e-check (ACH). We also have financing options that you received the links for in the estimate email we sent to you.

3) After the deposit payment is made, we will place your materials order with our vendor or pull them from our warehouse inventory, we will pull all necessary permits for you if required by your township, city, or borough. We will give you an estimated time frame for installation and your project will go to our production workflow department. * If your permit requires additional items such as a survey and you don’t have one you may be required to obtain a survey at your expense for us to get the approval on the permit. We have surveyors we can recommend and have worked with many times. *We will provide you a copy, upon request, of our worker’s compensation, general liability, and commercial auto insurance policies.

4) We will call 811 for your utilities locates and coordinate with the various service providers with any fence placement questions they have as the on-site contact. You will be notified when we call 811 so you know to expect random people to show up in your yard for the next three days.

5) Once we have all materials, 811 is clear, and we have all the required permits, we will get you on the ready-to-go / upcoming installation board. And notify you / coordinate with you on a more specific day and time. Usually, 2 weeks or less at this stage.

6) It’s gocan time! One of our Foreman and Installation Teams will arrive with your materials and our equipment. The Foreman will coordinate with you if you are able to be there, on the details you would like to convey to them, and they’ll get your approval / coordinate on the layout with you prior to starting the installation. Any major changes to the layout would have to be discussed with the office staff to make sure we had all the materials required to do so or if it would delay the project or add additional costs. Let our team know if there’s anything you want them to be aware of or any special instructions you want them to know about. During the fence installation, we will do our best to coordinate with you on any issues that would arise or discuss any questions you may have.

7) Your new fence is finished! Looks awesome by the way! Our team will now clean up all of the extra dirt and debris and will remove it, use some to fill dips or holes under the fence to remove any gaps or place the dirt in a location you choose. If there was an existing fence that we removed, we will remove that as well if it hadn’t already been removed before completion. Our Foreman will do a final walkthrough with you and get your approval (if you are there). Enjoy your new fence!

8) After installation you will get the final payment invoice which will be the same total agreed upon when you signed the contract. (We will never throw in extra charges or fees) unless agreed upon in writing with a change order. After payment has been made your lifetime workmanship warranty and materials warranty (and peace of mind) begins and you will also get a close-out email asking you for a review of how we did! We confidently stand behind our services by including a standard lifetime warranty on all new fence installations. You are not required to register your fence with us to be eligible for any warranty.

Our standard lifetime warranty covers defects in workmanship after installation, including gate closures and locking mechanisms. Except for defective hardware which would be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by Acts of Gods, weather, incidental damage by humans or pets, and impact or other conditions beyond our control.

You will also void your warranty if you make any structural changes/alterations to your fence after installation.

Please note that customer failure to pay in accordance with terms contractually agreed upon voids all warranty coverage.
